Nutrend N1 Pre - Workout 510 g - Dosage
- up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes mix a dose of 8.5 g in 150 ml of water
- above 75 kg body weight or high training level mix a dose of 17 g in 300 ml of water
- consume 30 minutes before training
- do not exceed recommended dosage
- the initial burning reaction on the lips is caused by Bioperine ® (95% piperine content - black pepper extract) within 15 minutes this effect disappears, also a slight tingling - tingling and itching sensation is a common reaction to the active ingredients
- 8.5 g = 1/4 scoop (or 1/2 sachet)
- 17 g = 1/2 scoop (or 1 sachet)
