- The daily dose of the product is 25 g of powder with 400 ml of water
- consume the product only on training days as follows: drink half of the prepared drink (12.5 g powder + 200 ml water) at least 4 hours before training and the other half (12.5 g powder + 200 ml water) during training
- do not exceed one daily dose
- the drink is slightly fizzy, open carefully after shaking
- do not consume on an empty stomach
- consume the prepared product on the day of preparation
