- The daily dose is 25 g of powder mixed with 400 ml of water
- Consume the product only on training days as follows: drink half of the prepared beverage (12.5 g of powder + 200 ml of water) at least 4 hours before your workout, and the other half (12.5 g of powder + 200 ml of water) during your workout
- Do not exceed one daily serving
- The drink is slightly carbonated; shake well and open carefully
- Do not consume on an empty stomach
- Consume the prepared product on the day it is prepared
