ESSENTIAL VEGAN MULTI (Multivitamin for vegans)
Essential Vegan Multi is a balanced multivitamin and multimineral specially formulated for people eating a completely or partially vegan diet. It contains 27 essential vitamins and minerals from purely plant sources, formulated to cover possible gaps in micronutrient intake for vegans, vegetarians or flexitarians (partial vegetarians). A comprehensive spectrum of essential substances in 1 capsule per day.
The supplement contains a complex of B vitamins in high doses (e.g. vitamin B12 contains 500 mcg = 20 000 % RHP), vitamin C, D, beta carotenes and a number of minerals. With this multivitamin, there is no need to worry about a lack of intake of important substances. It goes without saying that the substances contained have not been tested on animals, are GMO-free and are approved by the Vegan Association.
However, there are a number of micronutrients that can only be obtained from animal sources or are very limited in plant sources, and it is therefore essential that they are supplemented where necessary to avoid deficiencies.
