Ingredients per capsule: capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), a mixture of carotenoids and carotenes from Dunaliella salina algae (providing 15 mg of beta-carotene, equivalent to 2,500 mcg of vitamin A (313% of the Reference Intake for vitamin A)). Based on alfalfa, spirulina, and blueberries.
