Furostanol sterols - 625 mg in each dose
Fenugreek(Trigonella foenum-gaecum (fenugreek)) has been used in sports nutrition for a long time, but as always the active ingredient content is important. In the same way as the steroidal saponin protodioscin is important for the ergogen Tribulus Terrestris, the content of the so-called furostanol (Fenugreek) sterols, which belong to the aforementioned family of steroidal saponins, is important for the ergogen Fenugreek. The best known furostanol sterols are: yamogenin, gitogenin, tigogenin, smilagenin, sarsasapogenin, neotigenin, yuccagenin, lilagenin and neogitogenin. TestoFusion contains a 50% extract with 625 mg of furostanol (Fenugreek) sterols in each dose!

The chelate represents the binding of a mineral to two "carriers" usually amino acids, where it is clamped in a so-called clamp ( chelate = clamp ) in the sense of: AMINO ACID - MINERAL - AMINO ACID.
