Nutrend Protein Pancake 10 x 50 g - Description
It is composed of high quality milk protein and a mixture of rice and buckwheat flour, in addition to no added sugar, no gluten, no preservatives and no dyes. Simple preparation ensures a perfect protein-packed snack.
Excellent protein quality is ensured by highly concentrated milk protein isolate (MPI) and whey protein concentrate (WPC). They are great not only because of their high quality protein content, but also because they are gluten-free and not laden with preservatives or dyes.

Nutrend Protein Pancake 10 x 50 g - Dosage
- 50 g dose is suitable as a snack in the morning and afternoon, always at least 60 minutes apart from the next regular meal
- can be taken after physical activity
- single dose should not exceed 100 g of the mixture
- 1 scoop = approx. 20 g
- 50 g dose (2.5 scoops) stir thoroughly in 100 ml of water to form a smooth batter
- fry on both sides in a hot pan
- serve warm
