CFM Instant Whey 80 1000 g

About the native CFM protein used:

CFM is a natural, non-chemical process for producing the highest-quality whey protein, filtered through a special, technologically advanced ceramic cross-flow filter capable of effectively removing all undesirable components (such as fat, lactose…) and isolate pure (virgin) whey protein while preserving all valuable microfractions, such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptides, and lactoferrin. All of this is achieved without the use of chemicals or solvents.

CFM is the gentlest protein production method available, as the raw material is not subjected to any degrading processes, such as high pressure, temperature, ions, or hydroxides. The ideal ratio of branched-chain amino acids is 2:1:1:

BCAA Instant contains twice as much leucine as isoleucine and valine. Leucine is considered the most important of the BCAAs for the processes occurring in the muscles during and after training. However, it is essential to consume all three BCAAs. The 2:1:1 ratio corresponds to the physiological needs of each BCAA and ensures their maximum effectiveness. Higher doses of leucine may not result in greater utilization, as Rubner’s law of the limiting amino acid applies (the utilization of amino acids from ingested proteins depends on the content of the least abundant essential amino acid) and Wolf’s Law of Essential Amino Acid Excess (the intake of any essential amino acid in large excess disrupts the metabolism of other amino acids and intensifies the effects of the limiting amino acid).

Crea Monohydrate contains creatine in the form of 100% micronized creatine monohydrate. You’ll achieve this effect with a minimum daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Creatine is a naturally occurring substance found in the human body; it is not addictive and is not toxic, even at higher doses. Excess creatine that the body does not use is excreted in the urine.

600 ml Orange Shaker

The Extrifit shaker has a 600 ml capacity and a slim, tapered design that narrows toward the bottom. The sides feature molded non-slip sections, ensuring a secure grip. On the back, you’ll find measurement markings in ml/oz and a window for visual checking of the contents. The shaker includes a spring-loaded ball for better mixing of the drink. The container has a matte, slightly translucent finish, and the side with the scale is transparent.

The contents do not leak thanks to the high-quality screw-on lid. The shaker’s contents are visible through the translucent sides with the measurement scale. The shaker’s volume, as indicated by the top mark, is 600 ml.
