Poppy seed pancake mix that you simply mix with water, fry in a pan and a delicious dish is ready. It's packed with quality protein (whey protein isolate WPC), so it's wonderfully filling. It manages to preserve the delicate taste of the dough. Bits of poppy seeds and dried lemon complement the taste of the whole mixture.

Preparation instructions:
- Mix 50 - 100 g of the mixture with 100 ml of water and fry for 2 minutes in a pan on both
