- Dosage
- dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water
- maximum 4 tablets per day
- use during physical activity 150 ml every 15 minutes
- after exercise (no longer than 2 hours after the end of exercise)
- the prepared drink is intended for immediate consumption
Dilution: from 10 tablets it is possible to prepare 2,5 l isotonic and up to 5 l hypotonic drink.
