- Dosage
- Dissolve 40 g of powder in 500 ml of water
- 150–300 ml of the drink before the race (during warm-up)
- during exercise, 150 ml every 15 minutes
- the recommended daily dose is a drink made from 100 g of powder
- store the prepared drink in a cool place and consume immediately
Dilution: 400 g of powder can be used to prepare 5 liters of isotonic drink and up to 10 liters of hypotonic drink
