- take 20 min before and during training
- the drink is intended for direct consumption
- individuals with lower body weight and/or lower exercise intensity: 1 dose = 20 g
- individuals with higher body weight and/or higher exercise intensity: 1 dose = 40 g
- dilution for hypotonic drink: dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 450 - 600 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg)
- dilution for isotonic drink: Dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 350 ml of water (osmolality in the range 275 - 305 mOsm/kg)
- Dilution for hypotonic drink: Dissolve 40 g (2 scoops) in 850 - 1000 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg)
- Dilution for isotonic drink: Dissolve 40 g (2 scoops) in 700 ml (osmolality in the range 275 - 305 mOsm/kg)
- Maximum daily dose: 4 scoops
