BCAA 1800MG TABS are branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) in free-form, containing 1,800 mg of BCAAs per tablet with a minimum of binders (1.5%). This type of tablet is manufactured using new technology that employs a minimal amount of binders. Typically, manufacturers use 15 to 50% indigestible binders. Valine is one of the amino acids that make up elastin, a collagen-like protein that is the main component of elastic fibers in animal tissues. Valine also influences the absorption of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, similar to tryptophan, phenylalanine, and tyrosine. It provides the compound succinyl-CoA for an important biochemical reaction known as the Krebs cycle. It supports the effects of leucine and isoleucine.
