The Extrifit shaker has a 600 ml capacity and a slim, tapered design that narrows toward the bottom. The sides feature contoured, non-slip sections, ensuring a secure grip. On the back, you’ll find measurement markings in ml/oz and a window for visual checking of the contents. The shaker includes a spring-loaded ball for better mixing of the drink. The container has a matte, slightly translucent finish, and the side with the scale is transparent.
The contents do not leak thanks to the high-quality screw-on lid. The shaker’s contents are visible through the translucent sides with the measurement scale. The shaker’s volume, as indicated by the top mark, is 600 ml.

- Dissolve half a packet in 150 ml of water; dissolve a whole packet in 300 ml of water.

- The recommended duration of use is 8 weeks, followed by a break of several weeks
- It is recommended to take 15–20 g of creatine daily for the first 5 days
