IsoTonic consists of 3 types of carbohydrates, which are the well-known dextrose and sucrose. The third one is Palatinose™ which increases the complexity of the product. These carbohydrates affect blood sugar levels differently due to their different structures, glycemic index and absorption rates.
In addition, IsoTonic also contains magnesium from organic sources (magnesium bisglycinate). In combination with calcium and sodium, IsoTonic has an excellent electrolyte content. The vitamins C and B6 content of the product helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion, so they are always a good choice when training at any intensity.
This refreshing isotonic* drink not only supports fluid intake, but as a carbohydrate-electrolyte drink, it contributes to optimal performance during long endurance training sessions.

Lemon-Ice Tea: dextrose 39%, sucrose 20%, isomaltulose** (PalatinoseTM) 18%, sodium citrate 8.5%, flavor, acid (citric acid), black tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract 2%, calcium salts of citric acid 1.9%, magnesium bisglycinate 1.8%, L-ascorbic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Orange-mango: dextrose 38%, sucrose 20%, isomaltulose** (PalatinoseTM) 18%, flavour, sodium citrate 8.5%, acid (citric acid), calcium salts of citric acid 1.9%, magnesium bisglycinate 1.8%, L-ascorbic acid, colouring (tartrazine, Allura Red AC)*** pyridoxine hydrochloride.
