It is enriched with the amino acids L-glutamine and L-arginine. Thanks to hydrolysis (pre-digestion), it is more easily absorbed by the body, allowing the body to process the active ingredients more quickly. It contains very little fat and carbohydrates, making it ideal for use while dieting.
Hydrolyzed whey protein (WPH) is a pre-digested and partially hydrolyzed protein powder. During hydrolysis, special enzymes are used to break down protein chains into peptides, resulting in faster digestion and absorption of the protein.
