Protein Caffé Latte 80 is an excellent aid for stimulating the body and for building muscle mass. The drink is an optimal morning dose of protein and at the same time pleasantly wakes you up and refreshes you. In short, the ideal start to the day or as a tasty coffee refreshment for your muscles at any time of the day.
The protein component consists of an extremely high quality 80% whey concentrate with a creamy consistency, very high BCAA content and superior digestibility. We took special care in selecting a high quality instant coffee with 2% natural caffeine and a delicious taste.
Caffeine is a substance that acts as an energizer. It stimulates the central nervous system, which makes you better prepared for both mental and physical performance. Regular espresso does not contain the amount of caffeine that is needed for a truly noticeable stimulation in advanced athletes or bodybuilders. That's why we've added the right amount of caffeine to the roasted coffee contained in Protein Caffé Latte 80, so that the total caffeine content is a noticeable 100 mg in each serving.
Each serving of the product contains:

- 4,203 mg of BCAAs
The product is also available in single serving sachets for accurate dosing. The advantage of the disposable sachets is the hygienic packaging and also the possibility to take the required number of sachets with you on the go.
The preparation of the drink is extremely simple. You pour the contents of the measuring cup or bag into 200 ml of water and shake. The longer you shake, the thicker the foam will become. Preparation takes just a few seconds. The Protein Caffé Latte 80 is even tastier with the addition of a few ice cubes. The drink stands out for its frothy consistency and exclusive taste of real latte coffee.
On the day of training, take it about 60 minutes before training (if you drink it on an empty stomach, then about 30 minutes, because the onset of the effect is faster). During the training period* it can also be taken on days off to reduce the feeling of fatigue. In this case, take Protein Caffé Latte 80 in the morning or mid-morning, possibly early afternoon. Keep in mind that if consumed in the evening, the stimulating effect of caffeine could interfere with sleep.
