Peptibeef 2000 g
PeptiBeef® contains HydroBEEF™ branded isolate - hydrolysed bovine peptides derived from meat (approx. 25%) and skeletal (approx. 75%) protein. The product has the highest proportion of meat protein of any beef product on the market. The protein is hydrolysed, i.e. the resulting peptides are very quickly digestible and quickly usable by the human body.
The basis of the product is a specially formulated PEPTIBEEF MATRIX bee with HydroBEEF™ branded hydrolysed beef isolate, containing an incredible 97% protein. In addition, the digestive enzymes bromelain and papain are added for ideal protein utilization and incorporation into muscle mass. PeptiBeef® boasts real cocoa content and the sweet taste is a proven combination of sucralose and a natural sweetener from the stevia plant. The intake of PeptiBeef® contributes to the growth of muscle mass and its maintenance in situations where it is at risk of catabolism. The minimal fat content makes the product an ideal helper even in the strictest diet!
How to properly prepare PeptiBeef® hydrolyzed protein isolate?
Shaking PeptiBeef® produces a typical shake-like consistency with a thick foam. Beef protein isolate behaves differently than instant whey protein and for the preparation of the drink we recommend shaking more until the protein powder dissolves and forms a cream with a very pleasant consistency.
How does the spray drying process work in the production of beef protein isolate?
The process is carried out at a precisely defined stable temperature and humidity, which is maintained by a high-performance and special dehumidifier. After passing through the nozzles that create the spray effect in the fluidised bed and spray dryer using strong centrifugal force, the protein broth is then stripped of water. This produces a dry, non-sticky powder called spray-dried broth.
What are the nutritional values of the spray-dried beef isolate in the BEEF Extrifit range?
This all-natural hydrolysed protein isolate retains all the valuable substances. The final raw material in the supplement contains 97% protein, only 1.9% fat and 0% sugars. This makes it an ideal source of protein in bodybuilding and fitness, whereby by supplementing it you get split isolated protein for muscle growth, while consuming almost no fat.
