- on your day off take 3 capsules with breakfast and 3 capsules with dinner

- Beginners and people with low body weight take half a sachet (10.4 g), advanced athletes weighing at least 90 kg take the whole sachet (20.8 g).
- Dissolve half a sachet in 150 ml of water, dissolve the whole sachet in 300 ml of water.
