The basis of CFM Instant Whey 80 protein is the highest quality raw material available, namely CFM native whey protein concentrate. It is an instant (easily soluble) protein obtained from whey by the most modern production method - CFM microfiltration (cross-flow microfiltration). About the native CFM protein used:
CFM is a natural, non-chemical process of producing whey protein of the highest quality, filtered on a special, technologically advanced ceramic cross-flow filter, which is able to filter out all unwanted components (such as fat, lactose...) and isolate pure (virgin) whey protein, preserving all valuable microfractions such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptides and lactoferrin.
