- Mix 1 serving (30 g = 4 small tablespoons) of powder with 200 ml of water in a shaker
- then pour into a microwave-safe mug and heat in the microwave for 60–70 seconds (750 W)

If you don’t have a shaker, add 1 serving to a mug with 100 ml of hot water, stir well until smooth, then add another 100 ml of hot water, stir again, and consume.
