Beef Protein
Beef Protein by BioTech is a sugar-, lactose-, and gluten-free beef protein. The protein is based on a hydrolyzed peptide form of beef protein, enriched with L-glutamine and L-arginine. Beef Protein is a source of high-quality protein that is easier to digest than lean beef (e.g., steak); it has excellent absorption and, like all animal proteins, outstanding biological value. Beef Protein contains no added creatine, and although it is low in fat, it contains coconut fat, which is an excellent source of MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides).

- Mix 1 serving of powder (30 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaping tablespoons) with 250 ml of water in a shaker
- On training days, consume at least 2 servings: 1 serving within 45 minutes after your workout and the second serving between meals
- On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving after a meal in the evening
