But we decided that a true functional food—like our PROTEIN PUDDING—must contain more of one important ingredient, which is why this product is rich in protein. To enhance the nutritional value of our sports dessert, we’ve added two high-quality protein sources (casein and whey protein). Scitec Nutrition Protein Pudding 400 g NEW - Dosage
In a shaker, mix 1 serving (40 g—1 scoop) of Protein Pudding powder with 250 ml of water and shake vigorously until thickened. Then pour into a bowl and enjoy after a meal, or use it to replace a meal. Chilled pudding tastes even better! Store the prepared serving at 4 °C and consume within 2 days.
