A high-quality blend of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts specially formulated to support the body during excessive physical activity. Sports Multi contains high levels of pantothenic acid known as vitamin B5.
A high-quality blend of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts specially formulated to support the body during excessive physical activity. Sports Multi contains high levels of pantothenic acid known as vitamin B5.
Sports Multi contains a full spectrum of all important vitamins in the most effective forms and ratios. The blend is supplemented with powerful antioxidants such as Beta Carotene, Cryptoxanthin, Alpha Carotene, Zeaxanthin and Lutein. Selected minerals are in exclusive chelate forms. The entire dosage is divided into two capsules to evenly cover the entire day's requirements.
B vitamins
Water soluble, essential for energy metabolism of glucose, fatty acids, glycerol and amino acids, for the formation of coenzymes and hormones, and for DNA/RNA synthesis and repair. During exercise, they help break down and convert nutrients into fuel for muscles and cells. For example, riboflavin (B2) is crucial for the formation of the coenzymes FAD and FMN, which are involved in energy metabolism.
MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides)
