USN Iso-Gro Whey Protein 2000 g - Dosage
- Mix two scoops (35 g) with 200–250 ml of water or 4 scoops (70 g) with 400–500 ml of cold water
- Stir well and let stand for 30 seconds
- Take 30–45 minutes before your workout and a double serving after your workout as part of your muscle-building program
- days when you do not train, take a double dose 30 min before breakfast and a second dose (35 g) between lunch and dinner
- For endurance sports: Take 1 serving immediately after physical activity
- On rest days, take 1 serving 30 minutes before breakfast
- Do not exceed 3 servings of this product per day
