Our product of flavored oatmeal with no added sugar and low naturally occurring sugars is characterized by its high fiber content and the beta-glucans derived from it, which contribute to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels. The positive effect can be ensured by the intake of 3 g of betaglucan from oats, oatmeal, barley or barley flakes or mixtures thereof.

- Mix 1 dose (150 g = 3 and a half scoops) with 400 ml of water and
- allow to rest for a few minutes before consumption.

Coconut: wholemeal oat flour(gluten) 76 %, wholemeal oat flakes(gluten) 19 %, coconut shavings 2,0 %, flavouring, food salt, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).
