Approximately 15% of HydroBEEF® peptides have a molecular weight of 6000 Da, 55% 3000 Da and 30% 500 Da or less, which are very short (highly valued in sports nutrition) peptides with extremely good absorption and availability. PeptiBeef ® contains 91% hydrolysed isolated bovine protein with minimal fat content. In addition, the enzymes bromelain and papain are added for ideal protein utilization and for incorporation into muscle mass. PeptiBeef ® is also sweetened with a sweetener from the stevia plant. The intake of PeptiBeef ® contributes to the growth of muscle mass and to its maintenance in situations where it is threatened by catabolism.
After mixing, a foamy shake is formed.
How to properly prepare PeptiBeef hydrolyzed protein isolate?
When shaking PeptiBeef, a typical shake-like consistency with a thick foam is produced and it is necessary to "play around" with the preparation. Beef protein isolate behaves differently than instant whey protein and for the preparation of the drink we recommend shaking more until the protein powder dissolves and forms a cream with a very pleasant consistency.
How does the spray drying process work in the production of beef protein isolate?
The process is carried out at a precisely defined stable temperature and humidity, which is maintained by a high-performance and special dehumidifier. After passing through the nozzles that create the spray effect in the fluid and spray dryer using strong centrifugal force, the protein broth is then stripped of water. This produces a completely dry, non-sticky powder, which is called spray-dried broth. This is then hydrolysed (split into peptides) to produce the highly digestible and usable HydroBEEF®.
What are the nutritional values of the spray-dried beef isolate in the BEEF Extrifit range?
This all-natural hydrolysed protein isolate retains all the valuable ingredients. The quality of beef protein, vitamins and minerals. The final raw material in the supplement contains 97% protein, only 1.9% fat and 0% sugars. This 97% beef protein isolate is thus an ideal nutritional supplement in bodybuilding, whereby by supplementing it you get grafted isolated protein for muscle growth while consuming almost no fat.

- we recommend to divide the daily dose of PeptiBeef (2 - 3 scoops/bags) into 2 - 3 portions, which should be consumed as a snack between meals
