- For workouts up to 60 minutes: 1/2 packet (20 g).
- For workouts lasting 60 to 120 minutes: 1 packet (40 g)
- To prepare a hypotonic drink: Dissolve 1/2 sachet (20 g) in 450–600 ml of water.
- Dilution for an isotonic drink: Dissolve 1/2 packet (20 g) in 350 ml of water.
