Extrifit Iso 90 has long been the best-selling 90% protein product on the Czech internet. It is based on a premium protein source: 90% CFM whey isolate, which is sugar-free and fat-free. It is an instant (easily soluble) 90% protein isolate derived from whey using the most modern and gentle production method—CFM (Cross-Flow Microfiltration)—preserving all valuable protein fractions (see the ingredients list) and featuring a very high content of BCAAs and glutamine. This production method is carried out cold using ceramic filters and is the gentlest way to produce whey protein. In addition, a complex of seven enzymes (papain, alpha-amylase, bromelain, lactase, cellulase, neutral protease, lipase) and a sweetener derived from the stevia plant are added.

About the native CFM ingredients used:
CFM is a natural, non-chemical process for producing the highest-quality whey protein, filtered through a special, technologically advanced ceramic cross-flow filter capable of completely removing all undesirable components (such as fat, lactose…) and isolate pure (virgin) whey protein while preserving all valuable primary microfractions, such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactoglobulin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptide, lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, and protease peptones.
CFM is a purely natural, non-chemical process that does not use any auxiliary chemicals or solvents.
CFM is the gentlest protein production method available, as the raw material is not exposed to any physical agents, such as high pressure, temperature, or ions. It simply passes through ceramic filters under its own weight. As a result, the final whey protein is intact—unaffected by anything or anyone—and is therefore known as “virgin protein.” Its structure, protein composition, aroma, color, and taste are natural, unaffected by anything, and unchanged; it remains in its original natural, so-called native form.
In addition to preserving all valuable fractions, the CFM process is also gentle on minerals. CFM protein contains more calcium than proteins produced by other methods, such as ion exchange, and also less unwanted sodium.
