CFM is a natural, non-chemical process for producing the highest-quality whey protein, filtered through a special, technologically advanced ceramic cross-flow filter capable of highly effectively filtering out all undesirable components (such as fat, lactose…) and isolate pure (virgin) whey protein while preserving all valuable microfractions, such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptides, and lactoferrin. All of this is achieved without the use of chemicals or solvents.

CFM is the gentlest protein production method available, as the raw material is not subjected to any degrading processes, such as high pressure, temperature, ions, or hydroxides.
