Who is Carnigel for?
Carnitine is a substance used in virtually all sports to improve the use of fat as an energy source during physical activity. It has traditionally been used by competitive and conditioning bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts of all categories during the muscle-building period, but also in many other strength and endurance disciplines such as running, in-line or cycling to improve the long-term use of energy from fat stores during physical activity. Carnitine has also been used for many years among the sporting public for weight loss and "swimsuit" body contouring.
