The carbohydrate component of BeefMass consists of a triple combination of carbohydrates that gradually release glucose units: medium-release maltodextrin, fast-release dextrose, and slow-release palatinose (isomaltulose), a carbohydrate with a low glycemic index. How does the spray-drying process work in the production of beef protein isolate?
This process takes place at precisely defined, stable temperatures and humidity levels, which are maintained by a high-performance, specialized dehumidifier. After passing through nozzles that create a spray effect in a fluidized-bed and atomizing dryer using strong centrifugal force, the protein broth is then dehydrated. This results in a completely dry, non-sticky powder called spray-dried broth. This powder is then hydrolyzed (broken down into peptides), resulting in HydroBEEF®, which is highly digestible and bioavailable.
What are the nutritional values of the spray-dried beef isolate in the BEEF Extrifit line?
This all-natural hydrolyzed protein isolate retains all its valuable nutrients—including the quality of the beef protein, vitamins, and minerals. The final ingredient in the supplement contains 97% protein, only 1.9% fat, and 0% sugar.
