Please note: The labels for this product are being gradually updated. Therefore, the 3,000-gram and 45-gram packages, which feature a new all-orange design, may differ slightly in certain details from the 1,500-gram package, which retains the original design with silver embossing. These differences stem from legislative clarifications regarding certain information and the replacement of guar gum and xanthan gum with cellulose as a thickener. These changes do not affect the product’s flavor profile or effects.
The carbohydrate component of BeefMass consists of a triple combination of carbohydrates that gradually release glucose units: medium-release maltodextrin, fast-release dextrose, and slow-release palatinose (isomaltulose), a carbohydrate with a low glycemic index. Extrifit has enhanced the protein content of the BeefMass gainer with the natural enzymes bromelain and papain in the chocolate flavor and 7 enzymes in the other flavors. All flavors taste excellent.

How does the spray-drying process work in the production of beef protein isolate?
This process takes place at precisely defined, stable temperatures and humidity levels, which are maintained by a high-performance, specialized dehumidifier. After passing through nozzles that create a spray effect in a fluidized-bed dryer using strong centrifugal force, the protein broth is then dehydrated. This results in a completely dry, non-sticky powder called spray-dried broth. This powder is then hydrolyzed (broken down into peptides), resulting in HydroBEEF®, which is highly digestible and bioavailable.
What are the nutritional values of the spray-dried beef isolate in the BEEF Extrifit line?
This all-natural hydrolyzed protein isolate retains all its valuable nutrients—including the quality of the beef protein, vitamins, and minerals. The final ingredient in the supplement contains 97% protein, only 1.9% fat, and 0% sugar.
