Almond cream is produced entirely in-house at Extrifit’s manufacturing facilities in the Czech Republic, from start to finish. Only the highest-quality almonds are selected for its production, and they are roasted using a healthy dry-roasting method (not in oil!).

OUR EXTRIFIT® PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR NUT-BASED PRODUCTS

The entire nut butter production process takes place right here in our Extrifit® production facilities using our brand-new and unique nut processing technology! This allows us to oversee every step of production and continuously monitor the quality of our nut butter. This is a huge advantage and a major difference compared to products from other brands, which are manufactured externally, are practically all the same, and are essentially just labeled differently.

THIS IS HOW WE DO IT AT EXTRIFIT:

• Complete product development, ingredient selection, and in-house production—it all takes place here
• We grind the nuts in our stainless-steel mill, where we adjust the consistency of the spread to the desired fineness
• The finely ground spread is then transferred to a special temperature-controlled duplicator

our nut crusher, we crush the kernels to the desired size
• In the duplicator, we gently mix in ingredients such as protein or crushed nut kernel pieces
• At a stable and appropriate temperature, we homogenize the nut mixture
• Pumps fill the jars with the cream
• An electromechanical feeder applies the lid and seals the jar
• A tunnel with hot, dry air seals the jar into the original Extrifit sleeve
• The sleeve is pulled all the way over the lid, which prevents air from entering and also lets you know that you’re the first one to open the product!
• The entire process takes place in a closed system with no human contact with the product!
