Instant Rice Porridge is an easy-to-digest porridge made from extruded rice with no additional additives. It's easy to prepare, just pour warm water over it and flavor it to your liking. Add nuts, dried fruits and seeds for a delicious flavouring and to replenish nutrients. Porridge is gluten-free and is a great choice for digestive and bowel problems.
Preparation Instructions:
- Pour one serving (50 g) into a bowl and pour over about 300 ml of warm water, milk or plant milk substitute
