A product designed to improve your grip. Suitable for deadlifts, pull-ups, and similar exercises.
It is a liquid magnesium that perfectly dries your hands and fingers. Liquid Chalk does not transfer to exercise equipment and, unlike traditional powdered chalk, does not leave stains on clothing.
Directions: Apply to hands (palms)—apply a thin layer to your hands, spread it evenly, and let it dry. Shake well before use.
It is generally permitted in most fitness centers.

Isopropyl alcohol, magnesium carbonate hydroxide, colophony, hydroxypropyl cellulose, styrax benzoin gum, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Avoid contact with eyes; do not ingest or apply to abrasions or other wounds. Wash hands thoroughly after use and apply lotion.
Store in a tightly closed container as far away from heat sources as possible.
