Preparation Instructions:
Mix 1 serving (40 g = 3 heaping tablespoons) of the product with 50 ml of water and let stand for one minute. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a small amount of oil, then pour in the batter and cook the pancake until golden brown on both sides (about 1 minute per side). This amount of batter is enough for 2–3 small pancakes or 1 large pancake.
