- Mix 4 scoops (240 g) with 500-1000 ml of milk or water and shake well in a shaker
- take 1-3 servings per day depending on your caloric needs
- Scoop size is a guide only, weight is recommended
Dosage Note: We recommend rather about 1-2 scoops (about 60 -
120 g per serving) with about 300 - 500 ml of water. Choose the dosage according to your body weight and
