Amix Collagen Marine Peptan 300 g - Dosage
- Mix 6 g (6 g = 1 and 1 scoop) with 200 ml of cold water. Use a blender or hand shaker and blend for 30 seconds. Take 1–2 servings between meals, as needed each day.
- Mix 5.3 g (5.3 g = 1 and 1 scoop) with 200 ml of cold water or juice. Use a blender or hand shaker and blend for 30 seconds. Take 1–2 servings between meals, depending on your daily needs.
