Hardcore Gain 21 3000 g
Hardcore Gain 21 is a drink with 21% protein, which contributes to muscle building, and thanks to this also increases strength. The protein component is made exclusively from the highest quality instant (easily soluble) whey protein, which guarantees maximum availability and contains all essential and non-essential amino acids with a high amount of branched chain amino acids BCAA (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine). The carbohydrate component of Hardcore Gain 21 consists of maltodextrin and dextrose.
Hardcore Gain 21 is a drink for building muscle mass and strength. The protein component of the product consists of instant whey protein concentrate (33.3%) produced by the CFM method, micellar casein (33.3%) and milk proteins (33.3%). The carbohydrate component consists of maltodextrin (50%) and dextrose (50%).
About the native CFM raw materials used:
CFM is a natural, non-chemical process for the production of the highest quality whey protein, filtered on a special, high-tech ceramic cross-flow filter, which is able to perfectly filter out all unwanted components (such as fat, lactose...) and isolate pure (virgin) whey protein while preserving all valuable primary microfractions such as beta lactoglobulin, alpha lactoglobulin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptide, lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, protease peptones.
CFM is a purely natural, non-chemical process in which no auxiliary chemicals or solvents are used.
CFM is the most gentle method of protein production in existence because the raw material is not exposed to any physical variables such as high pressure, temperature, ions. It merely passes spontaneously by its own weight through ceramic filters. As a result, the final whey protein is intact = untouched by anything or anyone = virgin protein. Its structure, protein composition, smell, colour and taste are natural, unaffected and unchanged by anything, remaining in its original natural, so-called native form.
The CFM process is mineral-friendly in addition to preserving all the valuable fractions. CFM protein contains more calcium than proteins produced by other methods, such as ion exchange, and less unwanted sodium.
Crea Monohydrate 400 g
Crea Monohydrate contains creatine in the form of 100% micronized creatine monohydrate. Creatine enhances physical performance during consecutive short intervals of high-intensity physical exercise, such as typical bodybuilding or fitness center conditioning exercises. The effect is achieved with an intake of at least 3 g of creatine per day.
Creatine is a natural substance found in the human body, it is non-addictive and non-toxic even at higher doses. Excess creatine that is not consumed by the body is excreted in the urine.
Extrifit shaker 600 ml
Extrifit shaker 600 ml, slim, tapers towards the bottom. The sides have non-slip moulded parts so that the shaker is easy to hold. On the back you will find the lines in ml/oz for measuring and a sight glass for visual inspection of the filling. The shaker includes a spring-loaded ball for better stirring of the drink. The container is frosted, slightly translucent, and the side with the scale is transparent.
The contents do not leak despite the well-designed screwing. The filling of the shaker can be seen through the translucent sides with the measuring scale. The volume of the shaker shown in the last picture is 600 ml.
Suitable for dishwasher, microwave, freezer. BPA free.
Wash well before and after use. Stir carbonated beverages with a spoon before closing the bottle.

- Mix the contents of 2 scoops (90 g) in 300-400 ml of water.
400 g Crea Monohydrate 400 g
- Recommended duration of use is 8 weeks followed by a break of several weeks
- It is recommended to take creatine at 15-20 g per day for the first 5 days
- After that, take "maintenance" doses, which are usually 5 g (1 scoop) per day (at a weight of 60-80 kg)
