Recipe for homemade refreshing ICE TEA (2 g per 2 dcl) to prepare 1l ICE TEA we will need:
1. 10 g of dried ginger from Peru
2. 1l of water
3. 1l glass jug
4. a second container for straining
5. strainer for straining (colander)
6. 20 ml lemon juice
7. 20 g of honey/sugar
Procedure for making 1l of refreshing ginger ICE TEA:
1. Pour 10 g of dried ginger into a glass jug.
2. Pour in hot water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
3. After 5 minutes of steeping, strain the tea into a second container.
4. Cool in the fridge.
5. After cooling, pour again into a glass jug and flavour with honey (sugar) approx. 20 g/l and lemon juice approx. 20 ml/l or to taste.
6. Add ice and serve. Always serve chilled.
Recipe for ginger tea to warm you up (2 g per 2dcl) To make 1l of ginger tea you will need:
1. 10 g of dried ginger from Peru
2. 1 l of water
3. 1 l glass jug

Procedure for making 1 litre of ginger tea, which warms up in winter:
1. Pour 10 g of dried ginger into a glass pitcher.
2. Pour hot water over 10 g of ginger and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
3. After 5 minutes of steeping, strain the tea into a second container.
4. After straining, flavor with honey (sugar) about 20 g / l or to taste.
5. Always serve warm.
