Muscle protein is composed of 18 essential amino acids. These amino acids are present in precise proportions. Some are present in greater amounts in muscle, while others are present in smaller amounts. However, none can be missing! And conversely, none can exceed the physiological ratio. Without meeting this simple condition, your muscles simply won’t grow.
What did they do at Extrifit? They took human muscle protein (its amino acid profile) and created an exact copy of it. They weighed out all the amino acids one by one in the exact same ratios as they are found in human muscle and put them into a capsule. The result is Amigo —human muscle protein in capsules!

Take 5 Amigo capsules daily, depending on your body weight, physical activity, and diet. Divide your daily dose into three portions and take them in the morning, at noon, and in the evening. On training days, take one dose approximately 30 minutes after your workout.
