USN IsoPro 100% Whey Protein Isolate 1800 g - Dosage
- for 26 g protein, mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 150-200 ml cold water
- for 51 g protein, mix 2 scoops (60 g) with 300-400 ml cold water
- mix well and let sit for 30 s
- take during the day, before or after exercise
- adjust daily protein intake to 1-5 servings according to your physical goals and protein requirements
