Each capsule contains 900 mg of beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate.
MEGA HMB contains almost double the amount of active ingredients than HMB capsules. HMB, beta hydroxy beta-methyl butyrate, an essential branched chain amino acid (BCAA), a metabolite of leucine, is produced in the human body daily in the amount of 0.2-0.4 grams. In scientific research, they work with an average of 3-gram daily dose. Leucine is also an increasingly popular active ingredient on its own, as an amino acid for bodybuilders.
