- Dosage
- Mix approximately 70 g of the product (approximately 1,250 ml of the measuring scoop) thoroughly with 400 ml of water in a shaker or blender
- Consume immediately after mixing
- Take 2 servings daily:
- Workout days: Take the first serving mid-morning between meals (breakfast and lunch), and the second serving after your workout
