- Description
"Jerky" generally refers to raw meat from which the fat has been removed and which is then sliced and dried. Our chief produces Indiana Jerky according to traditional Native American recipes.
Indiana Jerky consists of thinly sliced lean meat that is marinated, dried, and smoked. The drying process takes several hours to ensure that the raw meat retains both its natural flavor and its juiciness and tenderness.
For athletes or avid hikers, there’s no healthier, quicker, or more nutritious snack than a bag of Indiana Jerky. It’s a light, non-greasy treat that contains up to 73% protein and only a minimal amount of fat.
A facility that meets the strictest hygiene standards was selected for production. Here, the jerky is produced on machines owned by Indiana s.r.o.
