EGG 100 is suitable for supplementing protein, which contributes to muscle growth and maintenance in situations where muscle mass is at risk of catabolism. EGG 100 egg protein is a slower-digesting type of animal protein, making it suitable for consumption before bedtime.
The product can also be used in cooking. Simply mix 1 part powder with 7 parts water to obtain rehydrated liquid egg white, which you can then use as needed.
