Enervit Gel 25 ml - Description
An energy gel for cyclists, runners, triathletes, and other athletes, rich in both fast- and slow-release carbohydrates. The gel can be diluted with water.
Effects:
- provides a steady supply of energy during training or competition
Benefits:
- Glucose is present in the form of a 4-unit glucose polymer (known as cyclodextrin DP4), which allows energy to be released gradually while still being readily available to the body
- The prolonged release of energy is achieved through the addition of trehalose and isomaltulose, two slow-release carbohydrates

Enervit Gel 25 ml - Dosage
When and how to use:
- Use the energy gel DURING your workout every 35–45 minutes to continuously replenish energy
- Thanks to the tear-off cap, the energy gel can be safely consumed even while cycling
- A good time to use the gels is on a downhill section of the course
- Always wash down the gel with a drink (the gel can be diluted with water)
