IsoTonic consists of three types of carbohydrates, including the well-known dextrose and sucrose. The third is Palatinose™, which enhances the product’s complexity. Due to their different structures, glycemic indices, and rates of absorption, these carbohydrates affect blood sugar levels in different ways.
In addition, IsoTonic also contains magnesium from organic sources (magnesium bisglycinate). Combined with calcium and sodium, IsoTonic offers an excellent electrolyte profile. The product’s vitamin C and B6 content helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, making it a great choice for workouts of any intensity.
