The blend of carbohydrates and electrolytes contributes to optimal performance during long-term endurance training and increases water absorption.
IsoTonic consists of three types of carbohydrates, including the well-known dextrose and sucrose. The third is Palatinose™, which enhances the product’s complexity. Due to their different structures, glycemic indices, and absorption rates, these carbohydrates affect blood sugar levels in different ways.
In addition, IsoTonic contains magnesium from organic sources (magnesium bisglycinate). Combined with calcium and sodium, IsoTonic offers an excellent electrolyte profile. The product’s vitamin C and B6 content helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, making it a good choice for workouts of any intensity.
This refreshing isotonic* drink not only promotes fluid intake but, as a carbohydrate-electrolyte drink, also contributes to optimal performance during long-term endurance training.

- Mix 1 serving (30 g) of the product with 500 ml of water in a shaker
